Charter cruises

Are you looking for new experiences or a hands-on adventure holiday? Rival Sailing skippered charter cruises suit people with any level of sailing experience. Beginners and families welcome!

All Rival Sailing cruises are skippered by an experienced RYA certified skipper who will look after you, make sure you’re comfortable and teach you as much as you want to know. You’ll learn to sail Rival 41C sail training yacht East End Endeavour in the beautiful inshore waters of the Firth of Clyde. Safe, rewarding and memorable!

If you’d like more time to learn the ropes and experience a night on board the yacht or are looking for an adventurous holiday with friends and family, book a skippered charter cruise. During a short cruise you can explore areas within the Firth of Clyde, while a longer cruise could give you the chance to explore the Clyde and beyond – perhaps to the Scottish Hebrides or Ireland. You might also like to consider a bespoke or themed charter cruise with add-ons tailored to suit you, such as distillery tours, heritage tours and extra outdoor ventures. See Location > Sailing destinations for ideas!

All Rival Sailing charter cruises are inclusive of breakfasts, lunches and evening meals aboard, tea/coffee and snacks throughout, PLUS berthing fees and fuel. Please note the price does not include a meal on the evening of arrival (this can be arranged at your own cost). Off-peak prices (October to April inclusive) are listed in brackets to the right of peak season prices.

Join in one of our advertised charter cruises, or check our sailing calendar for available dates and get a group of like-minded friends or family together for a private skippered yacht charter (4-6 persons). Please contact us if you’d like more details or book one of our advertised charter cruises now to make sure you don’t miss out.
